Handcuffed together

The sound of typing on the keyboard filled the room with a classic feel.  Because there is urgent business, requiring Xavier to come to the company.

 He is a typical person who likes to work at home because for him crowds can disturb his calm.  Only for certain jobs, he will come.  Like this time.

 There was a knock on the door, distracting Xavier.  He let in someone who turned out to be his secretary.

 "Good afternoon, sir. Here is the file you asked for."  Devan said.

 Xavier just nodded and began to examine the file in front of him.  After everything was in order, he closed the file again.

 "I would also like to inform you that your lunch meeting with Mr. Edmund is in an hour,"  Devan said.

 "There are more?"  Xavier asked.

 Dev shook his head.  Seeing Xavier's hand waving, he finally said goodbye and got out of there.
