I groaned in pain as I slowly regained consciousness. My eyes fluttered open to darkness, and it took a moment for them to adjust. I tried to move, but a sharp pain shot through my body, causing me to hiss in pain. I remembered the attack at the wedding, and the last thing I remembered was being hit by one of Trevor's wolves.

I tried to assess my injuries, but I couldn't even move my head. I was paralyzed, and the realization hit me hard. I was completely helpless. I tried to shout for help, but my voice came out as a hoarse whisper.

"Hello? Is anyone there?" I called out, but there was no response.
