Chapter 8

Ivy sat on her bed, flipping through the contract Mr Jones Vones had given her in shock. She had been warned not to speak of the things she would be asked to do, and the consequences if she did. The pledge at the end of the document made Ivy shudder. If she ever revealed what was asked of her, he would kill her. He also included that the mere fact that she knew about this contract was a threat to her normal life.

She closed the contract. Ivy thought about the date with Mr Jones. He didn't look like the type to do a dominant and submissive kind of relationship. He wanted her to become his submissive. That was no ordinary job, she had browsed about it and saw that much. Did gentlemen really have these kinds of skeletons in their closet?

A wave of fear and anxiety washed over her, making her heart race as her phone rang and Mr Jones' name popped up. She reluctantly picked it up. He spoke first. He asked if she had settled well at home. She said yes. He asked if she had seen the contract
