After several hours, Ted finally got the call he was waiting for. Jazz Walker was a member of the Brotherhood who had left on good terms with the organization. Like, Ted, killing wolves had become too tiresome for her and so she had renounced half her vows. To protect humans but this time she would leave wolves unharmed as opposed to killing them. After all the population of wolves was increasing and many of them had long built empires controlling fortunes and countries.

Ted could see why the woman had decided to leave the Brotherhood. With the emergence of more wolves all over the world, humans no longer feared them, they were fascinated with them.
