Chapter 13

Charlotte woke up from her deep slumber when she found it hard to breath. Sometimes it happened. Some days whenever she woke up in the morning she had it hard to breath, she needed to stick her head outside the window to get fresh air and that's what she did. Almost tumbling all over the floor she quickly opened the window and took a deep breath. After her heart slowed to normal rate and she didn't feel like she was about to die, she turned around ready to get in bed again when she saw him.

He was peacefully sleeping on his side of the bed and all of a sudden she remembered the night before. After almost a week she had finally let herself feel the anger and hurt from what her father had done.

And she had begged him to sleep beside her, it's not like he was hesitant but when she had wanted to do more than sleep he had turned her down claiming she was only doing it because she was hurt. The young girl wanted to scream at him and tell him that it was indeed what she was trying to do but
