Jealousy and rage

Zoe and I hurriedly entered my chamber, hastily grabbing one of my necklaces and tucking it into my pocket. We proceeded to Lucian's chamber.

"In a hushed voice, Zoe asked, 'Where is Xavier?' while I rummaged through his closet for his neckpiece.

'He's probably occupied with the tourist. The busier he is, the better for us,' I replied, snatching the necklace and stashing it in my pocket as well.

Zoe added, 'What tourist? That's something new,' as I approached her.

'Let's leave this place,' I said to her, swiftly exiting Lucian's chamber. Zoe followed closely behind, and together we made our way to Becky's, surreptitiously glancing around as if we were thieves trying to avoid detection.

'I have to admit, this is so much fun! I never expected us to make such good partners in crime until now,' Zoe uttered as we started running down the hallway.

Fortunately, there were no guards on the floor where Becky's chamber was located, creating the perfect opportunity for us.
