Growing soft

MAGNUS POV

I stormed out of Luke's office, my heart pounding in my chest. There were voices in my head which were not helping at all, the loudest of them being my wolf who wanted to tear Luke apart. There was definitely something going on between them, I could tell from how they behaved whenever they were together.

I couldn't still believe what Sophie had just told me about her family. She wasn't who she thought she was if we were to go by what her sister said. She was adopted. And her sister had dropped a bombshell on her that she might not even know who her real parents were at all.

"You never know what they're doing now that you're out of that office. I say we tear Luke's throat out," My wolf said racing with bloodlust.

"Shut up, I need to think" I growled out at him clamping a hand to my head.

"I've told you that you've been showing weakness for some time now. You're growing too soft."

"I said shut up," I said louder, irritated by it's silly voice. Thankfully, it took the hint and
