After sometime Evelyn was finally outside the building that Amaya lived in. She was breathing heavily and bent down to catch her breath. She had a smile on her face as she felt a little happy seeing herself making an effort to do something for herself.
She was finally starting to move on from her past. She had started to resent herself after Valeria left her and had started to hate herself at one point, but now she has finally started to get over it, she was running for her own happiness for once.
Taking a deep breath, Evelyn knocked on Amaya’s door. She was nervous about what was going to happen if Amaya would be happy to see her there or not.

Everyone was congratulating her because she had managed to crack a big deal that day and was also promoted to a higher rank.
