Even after asking him what he wanted, he still didn’t speak. Was he trying to pretend that he wasn’t here? I could feel him so it was impossible for me not to know he was here, he must know that.

“Just say what you want to say and go. As you can see, I don’t have the strength to argue with you, I can barely lift my head or any of my limbs, thanks to you. So what do you want?” I said to him.

He was silent for a few more minutes before he finally spoke.

“I just want to talk.” He said and I scoffed.

“You want to talk? Or you came here to gloat? To rub it in my face that you warned me that this punishment wouldn’t be easy and you proved yourself right by wearing me out. Thanks but no thanks, just leave me alone.” I replied to him.

“You’re the one who was so eager to talk to me, and now you’re chasing me away now that I’m here, yet you say I’m the confusing one. It’s me, Gav.”
