The handsome blue eyed man turned and started walking away and I found my legs rooted to the spot. I couldn't follow him even though I knew I was unsafe on my own.

“Please, I am scared to be on my own." I said in a whisper and I didn't think he would hear it, I didn't even mean for him to hear it. However he stopped, and without turning around.

“Ain't you coming?" He said.

My eyes brightened up in gladness and I quickly ran to meet him.

“Thank you," I said quickly and remained quiet so as not to offend him any further.
