Amelia and Damon were coming out of the hotel on their way to the woods when Amelia picked up a scent of a night walker, not one at least five and she instantly became in a state of panic.

“They are here.. Nightwalkers," she informed Damon looking over her shoulders to see exactly where they are but they were hidden from view..

”I know," Damon said and the calmness in his voice bought a kind of security to Amelia that she didn't understand and just then an ice cream truck was slowly driving past.

“It's been long I had one of those. Would you care for some?" Damon said much to Amelia's amazement as she wondered how he was still so cool and composed to the point of wanting to buy ice cream when their life is under threat.

“Y..Yes I guess."

“Good then. Let's go," Damon said, then walked to the truck and Amelia hurriedly followed him from behind.
