Chapter 68

Ashley/Olivia's POV

"Emily, the alpha wants you at the table now. one of the maids rushed in to call me.

She looked at me with eyes of pity like, "What have you done?"

"Why is he calling me? Is anything the matter?" I asked, pretending not to know.

"I don't know. All I know is that he is calling you and you seem to be in some sort of problem. He hasn't touched his food and you prepared the dinner tonight."

I prepared every of his favourite dishes just the way his old luna would have done.

I expected the call. It would be strange to him that the meals he stopped eating were right before his eyes.

I had enquired and check from the other servants what the alpha's meals were like and I discovered none of these dishes were part.

"Hurry up and stop thinking about your sins here. Don't keep the alpha waiting." Her voice jolted me back to reality.

I followed her out of the kitchen and then to the dinning room.
