“You allowed an omega inside this house and the first thing that she does is disrespect your girlfriend while you are here drinking scotch?” Renata said, entering the office.

She didn’t bother knocking on the door, but having heard her in the first place, I knew that she was raging when she was coming.

“I doubt that the woman would be foolish enough to disrespect you, Renata. And you can join me for a drink if you want.” I said, keeping my eyes on the email that I was reading. I had a few papers on the desk in front of me, and the number of things that I knew I had to tend to were countless.

“You are believing a woman’s story…”

“She did not even speak to me, Renata, but I know you enough to know that YOU would have done something that had her responding back.” I said, stopping her. “I understand that you are jealous and I am respecting that, but what I will not allow is for you to think that you can cross your limit with me, especially when you are lying.”
