It was not unusual for Darkmoon territory to receive territory breach notices every once in a while. Most of them were harmless alerts but some of them were filled with dangers. But this time matters were different.

When the finest warriors of the Darkmoon pack couldn’t identify the threat, Edge had to be called in for an emergency meeting. Each one of the warriors spread out, running through the woods to catch this scentless entity that seemed to be moving through the winds.

Edge was focused on the task of catching the unknown being when a familiar scent slipped past him.

His feet halted immediately.

…what the hell is she doing here?

After the stunt she had pulled on him yesterday, the fury he had to contain had been unbearable. If it weren’t for Archer coming to the room, he would have ripped the woman to pieces. When Archer told him to forget about her, his only response was, ‘No, I am not angry. I am not angry at all.’

Archer had missed the sarcasm in his voice.
