Astrid’s POV:

It was so satisfying to watch Amaira do anything to save her life. I folded my arms on my chest and waited for Alpha Dominic to ask her about the stupid Stone Moon Pack.

“How many soldiers do you have in the pack?” Alpha asked.

“Around 10000, as far as I know.” She blinked, thinking deeply about it.

“Any secret passages to enter or exit the palace?” He asked another question.

“Yes, it’s linked between father’s chamber and the river outside. The water mode of transport takes directly to the woods, making it impossible to catch someone there.” She replied.

“What did Jonathan order you? What was his real intention for sending you here?” Amaira glanced tensely at each of our faces.

“He had asked me to gather information about you and the pack. He was planning an attack at night whenever I would have told him it was a perfect time. But I never wanted to hurt you. My plan was to be the Luna, and it would have calmed my father too because he was angry about the insult he had to
