Chapter 11

A few days have passed since seeing or talking to Logan or Ashley. I have turned my phone just so I would be left alone.

Today was the first time I have decided to go for a run. I changed into some light weight clothes and headed to the clearing.

The walk there was short and the fresh air felt good to breathe in. Once I got to the clearing I striped of my clothing and shifting. It was starting to become easier and less painful. I started to sparingly feeling the wind blowing through my fur. I reached a small creek and decided this is where I will stop.

I lay down on my stomach and just enjoy the sound of the creek. It didn’t take long for me to notice I wasn’t alone. I turn my head in the direction of the scent.

‘Mate’ my wolf howled at me. Of course Logan followed me here.

I get up and stretch and I take off sprinting towards the clearing. Neither of us said a word. Once we got back to the clearing we both shifted back. I got dressed and turned to leave and go back to the pack hous
