Chapter 39. She's My Girlfriend

Ryn came to the Golden Moon Pack with nothing but what was attached to her body. Albert had only bought her a few pieces of clothing. And today, he would take Ryn to the city to buy more.

"I've never been to the city before," Ryn said.

"Oh?" Albert opened the car door for Ryn. After that, he half-ran around the front of the car and opened the left-side door. "Am I supposed to feel sorry for you?" he continued as he plopped down in the driver's seat.

"You're shitty!" grumbled Ryn with pursed lips as she fastened her seatbelt.

The roar of the car's engine could be heard. Slowly, the wheels rolled away from the Golden Moon Pack and down the deserted road to the main road into the city.

"I know someone who once asked me to go to the city," Ryn said as she remembered someone who had asked her to go to the city.

For some reason, Ryn's words irritated Albert. Ryn did not mention a name, but those words led Albert's mind to a name: Lance.

"I've only met her once, but she's very nice. She remi
