Chapter 67: You Love Her

ALLYSA'S POV

I stormed into the house, tears streaming down my cheeks as Benny almost bumped into me. “Ma'am, are you okay?”

“Let me be.” I walked quickly up the stairs, into our bedroom before shutting the door. I cannot bear to face him right now, not at all.

I sank to the floor, with my back to the wall as the tears continued to gush out. “Seeing someone?” I asked, laughing dryly.

He must think I'm just a joke.

“Allysa, Allysa.” I heard him call from outside but I wasn't ready to face him.

“Come on just open up, open the door let's talk.”

“C..can you just go away? I really don't wanna talk to you right now, just let me be.”

After a while, I stood on my feet, unlocking the door before walking back to the bed.

He walked in, staring at me, looking helpless.

“I shouldn't have said that.” He said, walking closer to me. “You said what you had in mind, nothing else.”

“Still, I shouldn't have said that, I'm sorry.”

“You know Lucas, I sometimes wonder if giving you a divorce would be the b
