Elena's POV
"Why?"
I mumbled weakly while standing up from the bench. In this very moment, I have lived all the memories with him from the start to the end.
Yes, for me this is the end as I always wanted my story to end on a happy note so I try not to remember what happened the next morning as my heart clenches by its mere thought.
I could see into his eyes that he has also lived those days again in the same moment.
As I stood to face him, the little boy ran away with the ball. My eyes hardened as I want to show him how much I hate him now and his eyes that held love before were now aching for some kind of revenge.
"Why?" I asked again this time louder and sternly "Why have you came back now?" My eyes that held thousand of questions narrowed a little "To reopen the old wound? Hunh?"
"Wounds? I was here to see how far you could go for money" he smirked finally speaking
