The next day, Debra went into May's room in the morning since it's a Sunday. She opened the windows and began cleaning the room. Celine happened to pass by and met Debra cleaning the room. She stood by the door admiring Debra who is the perfect daughter.

Dave happened to pass by at that moment too. They both stood at the door watching Debra, who is aware of their presence but pretends not to know.

“If May was half the daughter Debra was, things wouldn't be this bad.“ Dave said, admiring Debra.

“I know she's not the best but I have faith that she'll come around one day.“ Celine said, revoking her husband's words.

Debra frowned hearing Celine defend May. She used to support everything Dave says, why is she now defending May?

'Is this because she's now with him and not me? Is she suddenly switching sides this fast?' She thought.

“Debra darling, you should leave that since you still have a lot to do today…”
