Chapter 17: Ambush

"Tonight, we'll ambush the police so we can get the three prisoners." Sasha suddenly changed the subject after remembering their mission.

"I know, good thing I have the day off from work." A strange smile appeared on Jenny's lips. What Edwin knew was that she will be watching over her sick mother, so she won't be able to come back tonight.

After eating, the two decided to go home. But Jenny made sure no one followed them. When they arrived at their hideout, Lando was still asleep, Sasha purposely gave him a sleeping pill before leaving. He also had a gag in his mouth and his body was tied tightly. Even if he woke up without anyone guarding him, he wouldn't be able to escape.

"He'll be awake tomorrow morning, so we can leave."
