Hidden.

Fiona's POV

It was a great deal chasing Isabella out of the house to God knows where. I gave the house a final touch, setting a flower vase on the table. I changed into a short chiffon gown, letting my hair fall on my shoulders after unweaving the ponytail.

The doorbell rang as expected, and I ran to open the door. Alexander stood there with a flower in hand, wearing a large smile.

"So, may I come in?"

"You can," I chuckled, closing the door behind me as he walked in.

"Do you like flowers?"

"Of course, especially roses," I laughed, accepting the flower with gratitude.

He stared at me for a moment, increasing the tension in the room. "Your house, it's nice," he finally said, moving closer to me.

I bit my lips slowly. "What are we, Alexander?" I found myself asking, also moving closer. "Say you truly love me, Alexander."

"I don't want to hurt you."

"Say you burn for me. Say Diya is in the past and what you feel for me is true," I blurted out, dropping the flower and looking into his eye
