Cassandra's POV

I float with joy as I take pictures with my parents and with my best friend all the while searching for Landon with my eyes. He excused himself over 30 minutes ago and he still hasn't returned. I attempt to wipe away the worry from my eyes but as I thought it was impossible because Elia drags me away from my very reluctant mom and whispers to me

"What's the problem?'' she asks

"I can't find Landon anywhere" I say and she raises a perfectly arched eye brow.

"He just stood up and left?" she asked and I shake my head no

"He told me and I allowed him to leave" I tell her.

"Nothing strange happened, he received a call from his mother I think, because he called the person mother."

"Then let's agree it was his mother then, he probably went to see them , get your mind off of it for a minute and pose prettily for the pictures or else your mother won't let us leave here till she has the best pictures " she says and I grin knowing how correct she is.
