53. Wedding Day

Two weeks later,

It is my wedding day.

It is supposed to be the happiest day of my life. I had been dreaming about it since I was a little girl, but now it feels like a nightmare.

Everything looks perfect. The venue is beautifully decorated. Sebastian insisted on paying for everything, which hurt my father's pride a little, but he was appreciative in the end.

Sebastian spared no expense. The wedding hall had everything I had ever dreamed of having for my wedding. In addition, I got to buy the most beautiful dress I had ever seen, which Sebastian paid for as well.

But I couldn't be happy no matter how much I tried. Dread filled my stomach. I wasn't about to marry him because we were in love. I was marrying him because he practically owned me. This is all wrong right from the beginning.
