Ariana's POV

I went back to my room after Alpha Derek ordered me to take my leave and I kept wondering what he would say to Henry and what Henry would say to him. I really hoped Henry corroborated with the story I told the Alpha, after all, he had been listening with rapt attention as I narrated everything to his brother.

I was hoping that Henry would support my story and not say anything to alter what I had said because if he so much as said another thing different from what I had said, the Alpha was sure to doubt him and he would be in trouble. He had to stick to my story so that everything would be okay for him since what he had been doing when he crashed to the floor was likely not allowed. I knew that it wasn't.
