Arthur POV

She just sat there, her face few inches away from mine and her warm breath was close to me. I noticed the look on her face, the way her eyes scanned mine and the brief second whern they retreated to my lips. It was difficult to look away, and i did the same thing too and for a second i thought she saw the images in my head.

Clearing my throat, i pulled away from her and raked my hands through my hair.

“We got rid of every evidence that showed that we went out together, images of both Juliet and I went faster and i don’t think its going to be a problem for you.” i said and glanced down at her plate, she had taken a couple of spoons but made no intention of taking another bite.
