I had hardly slept as I continued to wonder what Sofia had done to make me do all that I did for her. Not only did I take her in without proper investigation, but I had also stupidly believed her lies without seeing through them.

She has the face of an innocent little girl who had never seen evil in her life. Her eyes want to make me protect her, like the way I protect Enzo. She has that beautiful face that makes me would like to keep her safe, yet she was lying, she was lying to me and that surprises me. Because I could tell when someone was lying to me, but I can't happen to tell if she is, she is so good at hiding it that I wonder who she learned it from. The person must be so good.

Looking up at the time, it was 5 am already, there was no need to try to sleep. I got up and headed to the bathroom, took my bath, and dressed up before heading to my office.
