CHAPTER FIFTEEN

Jake had increased his pack with people from the town, turning them into werewolves with his bite. But none had been unwilling. Some of them had even been referred to him by Thomas.!

Majority of them were terminally ill.. or had one disorder or the other and were tired of their life.

Some were almost at the brink of death.

Jake saved them all and they had become part of his pack. They were sent far away to be his eyes and ears. Plus it would arouse more suspicion if the town's people were to notice the changes in the individuals, which they would have, eventually. Not that Jake really cared, but Thomas had advised it was for the best, to not attract unecessary attentions to the town and to Jake himself...

Thomas believes the hunters may attack again. Although there have been no reported activities from them, at least not anywhere close, there could still be spies around.

Jake didn't mind slitting some hunter's throat again... But he obeyed Thomas anyways.
