DNA TEST

Leonard barged into David’s room and met him gulping a glass of whisky.

“I don't want to talk.” David implied and turned away from his father.

Leonard remained by the door.

“I want us to conduct a DNA test.”

David turned to his father with a shocked expression and underneath his display of shock, there was the look of betrayal.

Leonard sighed and began taking steps toward him. “I know it doesn't make any sense what Cathrina is saying but....just to be sure.”

David slapped the glass on the table, causing its content to spill. “SeriouslyDad? You want to take that woman’s word?”

Leonard stared intensely at David. Those forest green eyes, David’s entire posture, and even the way he speaks were just like him but then, Cathrina had tried to elope with David and her lover years ago. What if her lover was David’s biological father? Or maybe not he thought.
