Chapter Nineteen

Alpha Davon's POV

"What did I hear you say just now?" I asked, surprised that she'd make such a request. I didn't think she'd want to go back to her home after all she had been through.

"You heard me right, Alpha," she repeated in all confidence. "Send me back home if I'm of no use here. Just let me leave. I can find my way home."

"You heard her," Princess Alina said with a smile on her face. It must have felt like she won the lottery after finally seeing her wish come to pass. "If the lady wants to leave, then you should let her leave. Besides, she wasn't supposed to be here in the first place. There are so many other women here who can work as cooks in this Pack and I also have my maids already. Her presence here is useless and so I believe you should let her leave… Unless you want to lock her up instead for her insolence."
