Chapter Ninety

Theo’s POV

The coming days are quiet and filled with contented home life.

Lilith trains with Theseus daily, and Khai stays around the pack house instead of sitting in the trees on the no man’s land between Damian’s pack and mine.

I tend to do business and then get the best of both worlds, returning to spending time with Lilith and Khai.

And then we have Tobias.

He’s a sweet little boy.

He is helpful and enthusiastic but also so talented that when he decides to play tricks on you, you can’t help but fall for them.

Last night, at the dinner table, Arlo dared him to steal my sight and replace it with the most beautiful thing he had ever seen.

Now I thought, for a young boy, that would be something to do with his family, but what he bestowed upon me was more magnificent than even his parents.

My sight was stolen from the same dinner table in the kitchen to the top of a mountainside.
