I know I need to look further into her, and once Frederic has walked up the stairs with her, I head over to the kitchen, hearing Liz walk after me. I know she has tons of questions right now, and she doesn't wait until we are inside before she starts.

"Where did you find her, where does she come from, and what has she been put through?" She spills all the questions at once while I push the door open to the kitchen and walk inside. She walks right after me when I head over to look through the fridge and see what needs to be prepared right away.

"Stop hiding the secrets and spill," Liz says to my back when I write down the first thing they have to start prepping, while I know I need to look into something before I can get back here.
