Destiny can sometimes be cruel. Very cruel.

“Another one.”

The guy infront me sighed as he rubbed the counter with the cloth. “Are you sure?”

Nodding, I slid the glass towards him. “Stronger this time.” Shaking his head, he replied, “I’m afraid not. You’ve already drank twenty-two shots in a row.”

Rubbing my temple, I looked at him in disbelief, “can't a human drink away their sorrows?”

“You’re underage.”

“And suddenly everyone dancing and drinking here---is at legal age.” Scoffing, I hopped off the chair.

Digging through my purse, I roughly placed the cash on the counter. “Thanks for the service. Hopefully I never come here again.”

Without hearing his answer, I stumbled out of the club.

The off-shoulder tightened thigh length fabric around my body made it difficult for me too breathe.

“Such a hottie.”

Wiping off the sweat, I walked pass the group of drunken boys. “Hey baby, come here.” One of them said.

Ignoring, I kept on moving until I was a few meters away from them.
