A week later

"Are you okay, sweetheart?" Ethan looked over at Saira as she kept fidgeting in her seat after he parked the car and shut off the engine.

"I'm kinda scared." She said.

"Why?" He looked surprised. "Is it because of Darina?"

"No. Anne." She frowned. "Didn't you say she escaped being caught by the police?"

"Yeah, but she knows better than to come back to school or even this state." He tucked her hair behind her ear. "Besides, we'll be together all the time so you have nothing to worry about."

"Many things can happen between me leaving you to go to the restroom you know." She pouted. "You watch it in movies."

Ethan chuckled. "Fine. Then I'll go with you to the restroom if you want. I'll stand guard outside." He said. "That cool with you?"

Saira shook her head. "I'm just being silly. I won't kill your social life just because I'm scared of a girl like me."
