Chapter Forty

Two days later

Daniel walked into the dining room ready to start his war with Ethan after what he'd done to him two days ago when Saira told Ethan how Daniel had come into her room to confront her and then manhandled her thereby leaving a bruise on her arm which she'd shown to Ethan.

Ethan had retaliated by planting a snake on his bed that night but thankfully it had not bitten him but he'd screamed and fainted because he didn't like to see snakes.

Ethan had laughed so hard, tears fell from his eyes.

Daniel was surprised to see only his father eating at the table and wondered where Eileen, Ethan and Saira were.

"Dad, where is everyone?" He asked.

"How are you feeling now?" Eugene ignored his question.

"Better." Daniel replied. "Are they not feeling up to having breakfast?"

"Yes." Eugene said.

"Okay but I noticed that one of the cars is missing. Did anyone go out?" He asked.

Eugene sighed. "Yes."
