Chapter 14

Clay and Yale watched Jenna walk to her room. Clay watched her walk away we glee as Yale watched Clay with curiosity. The two of them weren’t planning on going to bed, Not quite yet. The night was the best time for dragons. They could shift and fly over the lands in darkness. The castle and its surroundings were especially quiet and beautiful at night. They had found a spot that they loved to fly to and then shift and watch the night sky.

Yale smiled at Clay, “Are you ready to go?”

Clay nodded, “Yes, just let me grab the bag, and let’s sneak some of Mom’s favorite wine.” He smirked. Yale laughed as they headed into the kitchen. They grabbed some of the famous cheesecake that was left over. Then Yale headed down to the cellar and grabbed a bottle of the Queen's finest wine. The Queen didn’t like it when they took her favorite wine, so they had to be careful and quiet. The two men quietly wrapped up the cheesecake in paper and added the wine to the bag.
