Secret Mission 2

Author's POV.

The car Xander was in finally arrived at an old castle that stood majestically on the edge of a steep forest cliff. The place is hundreds of miles from the big city. The massive stone building was tall and imposing, with an extended front porch and massive columns supporting its thick roof. The place looked like nothing else he had ever seen in the city, but the way Xander felt about castles, he couldn't explain why the court was so intriguing to him but also creepy at the same time.

He got out of the car and was greeted by a limp, pale-faced young man

"Only one person is allowed to enter. Mr. Golvarian said that."

Zigas and Xander looked at each other, "young master?"

"You don't have to worry, Zee. Everything will be fine," Xander reassured, but Zigas' face couldn't lie, worry reflected in his expression.

The limp guy helped him into the castle and didn't say a word until they got to the end of the path, where there were two large wooden doors leading into the hallway.
