Xander's POV

"Five pregnant women and seven children disappeared overnight." Archer threw the report file with a frustrated look on his face.

"We can't just stand by, brother. We have to do something."

I looked deeply at Archer.

"Yes I know, Arch."

"But we have to plan all this carefully. Because I'm sure they, the demon-worshipping wolves are not alone. They are in groups and have strong backing. I don't want the negligence and immaturity of our plan to result in the loss of our soldiers." I said to quell the anger that was bubbling up inside Archer.

I knew he was eager to avenge the evil wolves with angelic faces, but learning from the experience of my late grandfather who had failed because of my uncle's hasty actions; I would not repeat history.
