The Vows

Xevia's POV

Xander took me to a beautiful park located on the edge of the city. A garden surrounded by lakes and maple trees. A garden where the ground was covered with wet green grass.

"I hope you like this place," Xander said to me as I got out of the car.

"Do you come here often?"

"I don't come here often. I have no time to relax and picnic like a human," he said as he walked beside me. He held a wooden stick in his hand and tapped the end on the ground to see if the road ahead was smooth or rocky.

"This is a beautiful place," I murmured as I observed the surroundings. I saw a two-story building at the end of the park. A small building made entirely of wood, I didn't know what the function of the building was, it looked like a house, but it was strange to have a place in a public facility like this.

"Whose house is that?" I asked Xander as if he could see what I was pointing.
