Chapter 6:

Gabriel drove Scarlette to a secluded cabin in the mountains that he had prepared for them. It was the perfect place to hide from their problems and spend some time alone together. The cabin was surrounded by trees and had a breathtaking view of the valley below. Scarlette was touched by the effort Gabriel had put into making the cabin cozy and comfortable. She couldn't resist hugging him tightly.

Gabriel smiled and kissed the top of her head. "Anything for you, my love."

They spent their days exploring the woods, cooking delicious meals, and talking about their lives. Scarlette learned more about Gabriel's past and how he became the Vampire King. Gabriel was fascinated by Scarlette's ability to see the future and how she coped with it.
