A full-blooded Smith

The hotel lobby was busy and noisy, yet Carmen could barely hear a thing as she struggled with her emotions.

It took her a while for her to steady her breath as she strove to calm the panic she felt. Then she hastily wiped her face and softly said, “I don’t know if the child is for Liam or Dax, that’s why we are here to get a DNA test done. So please dad! Please, stop whatever you are doing. I am begging you.”

His rage only seemed to intensify when Roman heard the fear in his daughter’s voice. But in the midst of anger, he also felt hurt, realizing that Liam was right about his actions hurting his daughter instead of protecting her.

However, when Roman gazed back at Liam, his sadness was quickly devoured by his rage which left him in a stormy mood.

“I warn you, Carm. I told you that if you don’t handle it, I will. You should have listened to me, instead, you have forced my hands.” Roman coldly said.
