I did not know what I was expecting, maybe someone old, cruel-looking with wrinkly skin and evil eyes but I was not expecting the happy lady in front of me followed by a few others.

A woman who appeared to be in her late thirties entered first, she was the shortest out of all but had the biggest smile. Her dark maroon, almost black dress touched the ground as she walked, she had jet-black hair pulled back tightly, and not a single hair was out of place. Her green eyes were barely open from the wide smile she had on her round face.
