Chapter Fourteen

I don’t know how much time passed. I only knew, for the first time in my life, I was complete. I had never thought about finding my mate before. I had only ever planned to disappear from this place. A strange feeling washed over me as I was filled with a buzzing feeling. I sat up looking at the two naked bodies pressed against mine. We were still lying on the forest floor, our bodies muddied. I didn’t care. I only cared that I had completed our bond. It was now sealed, they had marked me and I finally had marked them. The entire world would know I am theirs and they are mine.

I snuggled closer to them not caring we were in the open completely nude. I closed my eyes letting sleep claim me once more.
