Chapter Twenty Six

I woke up the next day to an empty bed. I was alone. I felt the twins' spots, they were cold. I sat up looking around the room. I was the only one in here. I got up, grabbed my robe off the bedpost, and threw it around me, I made my way to the kitchen. Spread out on the table was a breakfast anyone would drool over. Eggs in all different styles, toast, bacon, sausage, ham, homefries, hashbrowns, waffles, and pancakes covered the table. There was a huge bowl of fresh-cut fruit, pastries of all kinds, and a big pot of piping hot coffee. It smelled amazing. The table had at least three dozen long-stem roses in a huge crystal vase. Standing proudly, covered in flour was my mates.

"You guys did all of this for me?" I asked astonished that anyone would do this for me.

"Yeah, you have had a rough time lately and we wanted to take you out but since we were worried after what happened, we decided to make you a better breakfast than any restaurant could." They both smiled. Arrow came around t
