I was going through some files in my office when I heard the sound of my door being barged open as Nicholas walked inside.

His expression was worried and I knew whatever knew he brought wasn't going to be good.

I dropped my pen on the table and finally gave him my full attention. "What's got you all worked up? And where's Santino?" Nicholas and Santino we're twins, they never went out without each other which made me convinced that something was definitely wrong.

"Mom called." He started.

"Mom?"

Nicholas nodded his head. "Yes. Mom. Our mother."

"And what did she have to say?" I asked, my expression neutral.

"She's flying to New York tomorrow."
