Chapter Six

My head flew back against the couch and my body began to shake uncontrollably. My Alpha wolf had pounced on my Omega wolf who was still cowering down in the dark corner of my mind. You couldn't really call it a fight as such, because the Omega wolf wasn't retaliating at all. The Alpha sank his teeth into the Omega's neck and ripped his throat right out. He raised his head after and howled into the air while the Omega's dying body hit the ground with a thud. That was it, a few seconds and it was all over. My weaker wolf was gone and my Alpha had finally taken over my mind.

I howled into the air and beams of white light shot out of my eyes. My howl transformed into a scream as our souls entwined, making us one with each other. I was no longer Jesse, the one person who controlled my body and mind. I was now permanently linked to Gunnar. We were two halves of the same person and his thoughts and feelings became my own. With the Omega, I could do what I wanted, when I wanted. With Gunnar a
