As soon as I got to the office my dad was sitting at his desk and this time he didn’t have anyone else in there with him. I was surprised by that. “Where are the warriors who are looking for mom?” I asked as I sat down. “They checked in this morning. They don’t have any new leads. When I got home it was after dawn and my father was in the living room looking very disheveled and very worried and anxious about something. I snuck back up to my room once I was finished in the office and I made sure that there was no trace of me in the office. And I definitely printed out those correspondences from dad to Elias. I went back up to my room and I paced around for a little while before I sat at my desk and I turned on my own computer. I started researching Elias. But the only thing I could find was all the praise that he was getting in the human world for all the good deeds that he had done for people. All the charities that he was involved with and the schools that he donated money to in poverty stricken neighborhoods. He looked like a real saint on paper, but that was about it.
