It took me a little while before I was able to compose myself after I was distracted by that jerk.I ran a cold shower to help me calm my nerves further before I went down to join him for dinner. I stormed upstairs into my room and immediately reached to my phone. I took in deep breaths before I dialled Maria's number and placed it against my ear. The tone rang for a while but she was not picking up. I tried to call her again but it was still the same.I threw my phone on the bed and began to pace the room as I couldn't just sit. I was beyond frustrated. I hated this. I couldn't understand why Maria loved to throw me into the den of vipers. I didn't expect that the journey was going to be long. After making two stopovers we touched down finally at the Hawaiian airport.I didn't care about the warm air as all I wanted was to get to our resort.
