Lottie’s POV

I walked into the house, hoping to take our annual photo. But no one was there. The house was almost quiet. Almost. While I was walking through the house, I heard people laughing. I walked into the garden outside. I saw Caren hovering several meters in the air, jerking left and right. Mom looks concerned, probably in case she falls. Maddox laughing and staring at her. Parker shouted at her, “go higher.” Mom walks up behind him and slaps him across the head, while mom tells her “Not to bother and to come down.” I just stood and watched my sister practicing with her elemental gift. I mean, she has been able to make a light breeze for years, but this is on a whole new level.
