The Frustration

Mark's POV

The college was very close to closing its doors. But, on the other hand, I do not see Eva emerging from that location.

When I realized that I had wasted my time by staying here, my brows twisted with deep sense, and at last, I decided to go inside.

Nearly all the students were gone; I could guess she was also gone. Despite my better judgment, I approached the watchman and asked him one last time for any information he had.

"Excuse me," I say to the watchman, who is ready to lock the college iron door.

"Yes." He looked at my side.

"Are all the students left? I mean..."

"By any chance, is there any student left inside?"

My question got his attention, and he politely answered, "Sir, everyone left already, even the teacher. This is college closing time."

"I see. Thank you." I nodded and left him with his work.

I walked to the car and hit the glass with my fist in anger, saying, "Damn it! She left without letting me notice."
